Our company was founded in 1993 by healthcare professionals who recognized two fundamental principles. The first being the great need for affordable, quality medical, EMS, and rescue products throughout the world. The second was the awareness of the tremendous amount of equipment available from many sources throughout the United States and Canada. With these necessary elements of supply and demand present, our company was born.

Meet Our Team

Dana Smith, President & CEO

Dana Smith

President & CEO, Emeritus
Dana started KMA in 1993 and has helped to advance all branches of the corporation. He possesses a bachelor's degree in health and physical education from the Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in sports science and aquatics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dana is also a licensed paramedic, an Accredited Personal Property Appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers, and possesses numerous other certifications within the medical and fire company realm. Dana is also the current Deputy Fire Chief for the Oklahoma Civilian Defense Fire Company. Dana is also a co-owner of KMA® Remarketing.

Ken Allshouse

President & CEO
Ken joined KMA in 1996. He has an extensive background in the medical field and obtained his Paramedic Certification from the Clarion Hospital Paramedic Program. Ken leads our sales team and manages our international clientele. Ken is also a co-owner of KMA® Remarketing.
Adam Divelbiss, Chief Operating Officer

Adam Divelbiss

Chief Operating Officer
Adam started with KMA in 2003. He has a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Danielle Volpe

Chief Administrative Officer
Danielle joined KMA Remarketing in 2017. She studied business and computer science and also is a Notary Public. Danielle also serves as secretary for the Oklahoma Civilian Defense Fire Company.
Bill Boyle, CFO

Bill Boyle

Chief Financial Officer
Bill has been with KMA since its inception. He was a founding partner along with his wife Betsy, and Dana & Carol Smith. Bill attended the Pennsylvania State University. He also is a PA Department of Health Certified Paramedic and a National Pro Board Certified Firefighter and has been an active member of emergency medical services since 1987.

JR Wells

Financial Assistant
JR joined KMA in 2000. He was the warehouse manager before transitioning into the finance office. JR possesses the following certifications from IUP: Water Safety Instructor, Life Guard Instructor, Act 120 (Police Academy). He also has an EMT Certification from Seven Mountains, an EMT/Paramedic Certification from Conemaugh, and a Corrections Officer Certification from South Carolina Justice Academy, a DOT Medical Certification, and is Fork Lift Certified. Jr is serves on the KMA Board of Directors.

Lori Weidow

Sales& Procurement Specialist
Lori started with KMA in 2009. Prior to KMA, Lori was an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and also a vendor for hospital linens for over 15 years. Lori has an associate's degree in business management and marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers and also aids in maintaining our 5 Star rating on

Kerry Allshouse

Human Resources Agent
Kerry started with KMA in 2018. She attended the RN Program at Clarion University. She has vast experience in the medical arena favoring the emergency department.

Phil Buck

IT Manager
Phil started with KMA in 2018. He has a degree in Network Administration from Computer Learning Network Altoona. Phil has over 17 years of IT experience.

Rikki Ross

Website Design & Internet Sales Specialist
Rikki started with KMA in 2018. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.

George Kriner

Logistics Manager
George joined KMA in 2016. He served in the Marine Corps and has volunteered with the City of DuBois Fire Department for 46 years. George is also a PIAA Swimming and Diving Official.
Mark V

Mark Volosky

Assistant Logistics Manager
Mark started at KMA in 2009. He has been an active member of the Sandy Township Fire Department for 25 years and is also serving as the North Point Fire Company's Deputy Chief. Mark is also certified in first aid and CPR.
Tracy Brooks

Tracy Brooks

Biomedical Services & Refurbishment Manager
Tracy joined KMA in 2012. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with an associates degree in business. She possesses an ICRA Certification.
Mark B

Mark Bowley

Biomedical Equipment Senior Technician
Mark started at KMA in 2010. He successfully completed KMA's Apprenticeship Agreement in accordance with the PA Apprenticeship & Training Council and the Federal Committee on Apprenticeship. He is a Biomedical Equipment Technician Journeyman.
